We have always had a no reservations policy.
This policy is important to us because it helps ensure fairness to all customers who are here already waiting for a table.
We will not make any exceptions to this policy, so please refrain from calling or emailing to request a reservation.

Due to the size of the restaurant and the busy nature of being located in Toronto, sometimes there is a bit of a wait. The average time is around 15 minutes.
The peak periods are Thursday - Sunday from 6:00 -9:00 pm where there is often a full house.
Large parties should try to come off-peak days & off-peak times, otherwise expect a bit of a wait.
If you would like to avoid these wait times entirely, the option of ordering for pickup or delivery is always available to our customers.
It is our policy for large groups of 6+ people that we will add an 18% gratuity per group per check.
For larger groups of 6+ people we will not do individual checks. Tables will be billed to a maximum of 3 checks per table.
Due to wait times, we ask that guests be mindful of others waiting and to vacate your table as soon as your guest check has been paid or soon thereafter. No one likes to wait and we so appreciate your patience on extremely busy nights and want everyone to get to enjoy the experience.
As of November 1st, we will no longer be accepting pickup orders over the phone.
We are a high volume Thai restaurant and often very busy and have found that our customers have a better and smoother experience ordering online. It's quick, easy and no need to wait for us to answer our phone.
This has prompted us to further reduce our online order prices, and accept orders through our online system only. This way it is easier for everyone. You can order online via our website or download our Isaan Der App which is available on ( iOS and Android)
If you have any questions or concerns over the phone, we would be more than happy to answer them but we will not accept any orders, no exceptions.
