We have a no-reservations policy for now.

If your party is dining with us, we cannot let guests hold a table while you wait for your remaining guests to arrive. Your party will not be seated until everyone has arrived. Your party will be seated at a table appropriate for your party size.

This policy is important to us because it ensures fairness to all customers who are already waiting for a table.
We will not make any exceptions to this policy and we appreciate your understanding.

Due to the size of our restaurant and the busy nature of being located in Toronto, there may be a bit of a wait. The average time is around 10-15 minutes or less.

The peak periods are Wednesdays to Sundays from 6 p.m. ET to 9 p.m. ET.

If you would like to avoid these wait times entirely, the option of ordering for pickup or delivery is always available to our customers. We do our very best to accommodate everyone, and we thank you for your continued support.

At times, we may not have the opportunity to answer our phones as we are taking care of our in-house guests.

We are a high-volume Thai restaurant and often very busy. Our customers have a better and smoother experience ordering online. It’s quick, easy and some items are further reduced or discounted.

You can order online via our website so there’s no need to wait for us to answer the phone.

If you have any questions or concerns about any of our menu items, we would be more than happy to answer them.

It is our policy and the industry standard for large groups of 6+ people that we will add an 18% gratuity per group per bill.

Why do restaurants do this?

For larger parties of 6+ people, your server spends a considerable amount of time dedicated to serving all of the guests at your table. 100% of the tips given to our servers, auto gratuity included are theirs to keep.

For larger groups of 6+ people, we will not do individual bills. Tables will be billed to a maximum of 3 bills per table.

Due to wait times, we ask that guests be mindful of others who are waiting for a table and to vacate your table as soon as your bill has been paid or soon thereafter. There is a maximum time of 1.5 hours per table. We appreciate your patience on extremely busy nights, and we wish everyone an enjoyable experience.
